USDA ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for USDA financing you must have a stable income history and your income must be sufficient to meet all of your obligations.

USDA has established income limits depending on the size of your family. This limit includes the total gross income of the applicant, co-applicant and any other working adult in the household. To find the income limits for your area, Click here

In some cases, income may be adjusted to help you qualify. Items such as child care can be deducted from your total income.

To be eligible for a USDA Home Loan you must also purchase a home in an eligible area. You’ll be surprised to find how many areas are eligible. USDA loans are not just for the country, many suburban areas and small towns close to metropolitan areas are eligible.
