Funds for USDA Home Loans expected to be depleted by end of April, 2010!
The 2010 funding for USDA guaranteed rural development loans is expected to be exhausted much sooner than anticipated! It is expected that by the end of April the funds will be depleted. However, although it happened sooner than we expected, it is not a complete suprise. In 2009 funds were depleted early, and a new budget was quickly approved that allowed the program to continue.
